Shipping policy

Free tracked shipping Australia-wide

Every order ships free with tracking. You'll receive your tracking number by email as soon as your parcel is on its way.

Delivery times

• Restora Pillow: ships from our Australian warehouse and usually arrives in 2–7 business days.
• All other products: ship from our overseas partner warehouse and usually arrive in 6–10 business days. In busy periods it can occasionally take a little longer.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. If you order items from different warehouses, they may arrive in separate parcels.

Christmas

Order by 5 December for delivery before Christmas. The Restora Pillow on its own can be ordered until 15 December.

Extra charges

The price you see at checkout is the price you pay. You won't be asked to pay extra import charges on delivery.

Where's my order?

If your tracking hasn't updated for 5 business days, send us your order number through our contact page or by email at hello@restoraau.com and we'll look into it. If your order hasn't arrived 30 days after purchase, we'll send it again or refund you in full.

We currently ship to addresses in Australia, including PO boxes.
